Cancellations​:

A full 48 hours notice of any cancellation or change is required otherwise the full cost of the treatment will be charged and you will be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

If you arrive late for your appointment it may be necessary to reduce the treatment time or cancel your treatment completely. You will be charged the full cost of the treatment.​
