Before we begin, I will take the time to discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and any specific concerns or goals you may have. This allows me to adapt the reflexology treatment to best support your health and well-being.

 

2. Preparing for Your Session

 

To make the most of your experience:

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow easy access to your feet.

• Have a light meal beforehand and stay hydrated.

• Try to avoid stimulants like caffeine before your session.

 

Upon arrival, I will welcome you into a calm and relaxing environment where you can begin to unwind before your treatment starts.

 

3. The Reflexology Treatment

​

• You will be comfortably seated in a reclining chair to promote full relaxation.

• I will begin by gently cleansing your feet to refresh them before treatment.

• Using precise techniques, I will apply gentle pressure to specific reflex points on your feet, stimulating        corresponding areas in your body to encourage balance and relaxation.

• The session is designed to be a peaceful, calming experience, allowing your body and mind to fully let go of      tension.

 

4. Aftercare & Post-Treatment Advice

 

After your session, I will provide you with personalized aftercare advice to help you maximize the benefits of your treatment. This may include hydration tips, relaxation techniques, and guidance on how to extend the therapeutic effects of reflexology at home.
