Hello, I'm Andrzej Golinski
MCFHP MAFHP,
a certified Reflexology Therapist and a Foot Health Practitioner.
I began my journey in reflexology in 2022 at the International Institute of Reflexology (PIR), where I trained in the classical therapeutic foot reflexology method developed by Dr. William Fitzgerald and Eunice Ingham. This method involves precise stimulation of reflex points on the feet that correspond to various organs and systems in the body. Unlike some approaches taught, the classical therapeutic reflexology I practice focuses on detailed mapping of these points and manual techniques to restore balance, reduce tension, and support the body’s natural regeneration processes.
I am constantly expanding my knowledge, as working with a living person is always a new experience. Each session offers unique insights and challenges, allowing me to support my clients’ health holistically, helping them achieve balance and well-being.
I am a member of the Polish Institute of Reflexology (PIR) and the British Association of Reflexology (BAR). I strictly adhere to the Codes of Ethics and Regulations of these esteemed organizations, am fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in medical emergency procedures to ensure your safety and comfort.
In addition, I qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner (MCFHP, MAFHP) in 2026 at the SMAE Institute, where my clinical training was delivered by experienced chiropodists and podiatrists working in both the NHS and private sectors.
While I am not a chiropodist or podiatrist, as a member of the Open College of Foot Health Professionals (MCFHP) and the British Association of Foot Health Professionals (MAFHP), I provide highly professional foot care services.
I am bound by the Associations’ Codes of Ethics, professionally insured, DBS checked, and trained in medical emergency procedures.
I offer advice and treatment for all types of foot pain and discomfort, ensuring that professionalism, safety, hygiene, and confidentiality are always my top priorities.
