Cancellation Policy:
For All Foot Health & Reflexology Treatments
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Deposit Policy
This policy applies to all Foot Health and Reflexology appointments. It has been created to ensure fairness, protect appointment availability, and allow us to provide a high standard of care to every client.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Appointment Deposit
-
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.
-
The deposit amount will be confirmed during the booking process.
-
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
-
When 48 hours’ notice or more is provided, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
-
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
-
Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance – 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
Any outstanding balance must be settled before further appointments can be booked.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you.
However, please be aware that:
-
Your treatment time may be shortened, or
-
The appointment may need to be rescheduled
In all cases, the full treatment fee remains payable.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Appointments missed without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee.
We carefully prepare for each Foot Health and Reflexology session, and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other clients.
Unforeseen or Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience exceptional or unforeseen circumstances. Each case will be considered sympathetically and at our discretion.

At our clinic, every appointment is carefully planned with your health, comfort, and individual needs in mind. We dedicate time, attention, and preparation to ensure you receive the highest quality of care.
When a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment without notice, it has a real impact on our work and on other patients who need our help.
What happens when an appointment is missed?
-
Time is reserved exclusively for you
Each appointment slot is set aside specifically for one patient. When you do not attend, that time cannot be reused or reassigned at short notice. -
Preparation is already completed
Before your visit, we prepare equipment, treatment plans, and materials tailored to your needs. This preparation requires both time and resources. -
Loss of income for the clinic
Missed appointments mean that the time we reserved for you goes unpaid. Unfortunately, this is time that cannot be recovered. -
Other patients are affected
There are often patients waiting for appointments who need urgent care. When a scheduled visit is missed, that time could have been offered to someone else in need. -
Reduced availability for everyone
Frequent no-shows limit our ability to manage the schedule efficiently and may increase waiting times for all patients.
Why this matters
We truly value your time—and we kindly ask you to respect ours in the same way. Our goal is to provide the best possible care to every patient, and that depends on mutual responsibility and communication.
If you cannot attend your appointment:
-
Please inform us as early as possible
-
This allows us to offer your slot to another patient in need
-
It helps us maintain a smooth and fair scheduling system for everyone
Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and respect. Together, we can ensure that everyone receives the care they deserve.
